With an increasing need for dedicated and qualified property managers,
The Enfield Group has committed to taking on one new property protege each year under their mentorship program. The successful candidate is provided training in Condominium Law, Physical Building Management, Financial Planning and Condominium Administration and Human Relations, through the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), with the expectation that they reach their accredited Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation.
Property Manager Trainees are hired based on their previous experience in related fields, and their aptitude for the occupation.
