With a focus on innovative building design, our President Greg Fraleigh took a bold structural stance on the mountain skyline when he built Hamilton’s first luxury condominium at 174 Mountain Park Avenue, opposite the top of the Wentworth Staircase. The eleven-storey condominium accommodates just two spacious units per floor (each with private elevator service).

Being the third generation President of a Property Management and Development company is a position that I prepared for my entire life. I was born into this world of helping people with one of their basic needs, shelter. Dining table banter growing up almost always ended up being about one of our family businesses. Whether owned or rented, we have been privileged enough to serve the needs of our clients with passion and integrity.
