A Message from our President
Being the third generation President of a Property Management and Development company is a position that I prepared for my entire life. I was born into this world of helping people with one of their basic needs, shelter. Dining table banter growing up almost always ended up being about one of our family businesses. Whether owned or rented, we have been privileged enough to serve the needs of our clients with passion and integrity.
We are a solutions based and driven family company where the comfort of your property is our priority. Finding solutions to any issue you may have or be faced with is our greatest satisfaction. We treat your home with the same level of high quality care that we give our own home and so you can be rest assured that your property is in safe hands.

A manager of property and commercial parking lots since the seventies, Greg’s goal is to provide solutions and support for his clients in an environment of trust and respect. He gives back to the community through charitable donations and funding to groups like the Childhood Cancer Support Centre, Camp Trillium, Jump Math, Grace Anglican Church and CMHA. He enjoys playing golf, water-skiing and snow-skiing.

He is skilled at helping new developments work through the Tarion process and helping Boards overcome obstacles. Ross’s true passion is his wife and two daughters, who bring him joy.

She enjoys the family atmosphere of working in a small, dedicated team, and appreciates the flexibility within the group. In her time off she spends time hiking with her dogs – and when opportunity arises – scuba diving.
